What We Need:
We’re seeking an experienced Client Success Coordinator to be part of a team that strives to be the best account services and partnership management team in the business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Day-to-day support for a team focused on best-in-class brand activation for assigned accounts that brings cross platform media campaigns and national event partnerships to life
Support campaigns with a detail-oriented project management approach to keep cross platform deliverables aligned across iHeartMedia talent components, on-site experiential, auto/video content, promotions, and more
Traffic assets and gather proof of performance for assigned campaigns
Update weekly account notes and final P&L in Salesforce
Contribute to regular reporting on campaign wins and learnings for custom deals to drive renewals and new business
Support tracking of P&L of assigned partnerships and join monthly reviews with senior management
Assist with timelines, asset trackers, internal communications, weekly client status calls, delivery trackers and campaign recap materials
Constant focus on client success through launch and execution
Contribute to comprehensive wrap up report that provides informed internal recaps on performance and learnings for the senior account team
What You'll Need:
Multiple years experience in Event Activation Project Management or Client Relationship experience
Media/agency industry experience preferred
Exposure to an operational role across sales, marketing, operations, finance, or other industry
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Embraces a solution-oriented approach
Strong project and portfolio management skills
Strong analytics skills
Travel required approximately 20% of the time

Compensation:
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
