Voice of the Master Radio Network Chief Engineer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 USD annually based on experience.

The Voice of the Master Radio Network is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to become our next Chief Engineer. Located just 45 miles from Green Bay in beautiful NE Wisconsin, our main studios/offices are located in the quiet community of Suring. We have 7 full-power NCFM stations and 25 FM translators covering North-East & North-Central Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, and the Twin Ports of Duluth, MN / Superior, WI.
Essential Duties:
- The Chief Engineer will serve as a member of the ministry’s senior management team. You’ll participates in the implementation of the ministry strategic plan and vision.
- Lead a team responsible for the operation of all ministry radio broadcast facilities and IT systems.
- The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic, be a good multi-tasker with prior working knowledge of IT and radio transmission systems.
- Responsible for FCC compliance. Ensure the station is operating within FCC rules at all times.
- Ensures proper operational integrity of all RF facilities, transmitters and translators, control systems, audio routing and playback systems.
- Assists with the management of all ministry technology; including software systems, broadcast playout and production systems, IT systems, radio transmitters, remote monitoring and mechanical
- Help perform general and preventative maintenance on broadcast equipment, IT equipment, and building
- Work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision in remote field environments.
- Perform transmitter sites maintenance including regular visits to sites to check on their health and operational status, FCC reports, and supervising tower / site vendors and crews.
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrate a personal relationship with Jesus Christ with a desire to serve
- Be an active member of a local Christian Church
- Must work in a collaborative manner and foster a team

- AS or BS Degree in Electrical Engineer or Broadcast Engineering
OR at least 5 years of verifiable progressive engineering leadership experience.
- Proven understanding of the maintenance and repair of technology-based broadcast systems, high power transmitters and IT network infrastructure.
