Position: Business Administrator
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Location: Fort Mill, SC
Reports To: General Manager
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, overtime as needed.
Compensation: $18
- Referral Retention bonus after 6 months as defined in the Program details.
Employment contingent on background check and drug test.
Requirements
- 1-2 years related experience preferred.
- Able to work with and retain confidential company information.
- Follow-up and follow through.
- Resource-oriented and able to multitask.
- Able to utilize and seek resources to troubleshoot job-related tasks.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
- Accurate and thorough.
- Able to Interact with all levels of personnel on a professional level.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office software, web browsing, and email communication tools.
- Requires same-day response on assignments designated as “same day,” which could require working beyond 8 hours per day with manager approval.
Summary Of Responsibilities
100% Administration
- Process personnel new hire/COS (Change of Status) paperwork and forward to HR.
- Conduct new hire orientation, per company procedure.
- Assist with recruiting.
- Record retention, per company guidelines.
- May cover vacations for Document Control.
- May maintain AR missing POD (Proof of Delivery) reports.
- Order variable materials, including office supplies, for the facility.
- Submit WC (Worker’s Compensation) case updates to to HR.
- Submit LOA (Leave of Absence) case updates to HR.
- Report accidents with forms to HR.
- Track attendance and validate use of Hotline. Prepare attendance coaching forms, as necessary.
- Input Time Variance forms.
- Input RTO (Request Time Off) and track requests.
- Assist managers with memos, communications, and company-related planning functions.
- Handle billing and invoicing, assigning coding utilizing computer and appropriate software applications.
- Participate in special projects to support Logistics and HR.
- Upload safety documents.
- Handle mail distributions, updating lists, tracking data, and mailing projects.
- May handle temporary staffing.
- Fax, file, photocopy, and operate other various office equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
