We are working with a highly reputable NYC-based real estate firm looking to add a Director of Corporate Communications to their team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of internal and external communications strategies
- Advise senior leadership on messaging, positioning, and communication priorities
- Manage company-wide internal communications including leadership updates, culture initiatives, and employee engagement efforts
- Develop presentations and communication materials for town halls, leadership meetings, and internal publications
- Support external communications including public relations strategy, media outreach, and reputation management
- Identify and coordinate executive thought leadership opportunities such as speaking engagements and authored content
- Partner with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, launches, and events
- Oversee PR agencies and external communications vendors
- Monitor and report on communications performance and brand perception
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- 10-12+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or strategic communications
- Experience leading internal communications initiatives that support organizational culture and change
- Strong media relations and executive communications background
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
