WTAX is seeking a part-time News Anchor and Reporter to join our award‑winning news team! If you’re passionate about storytelling, thrive in a fast‑paced newsroom, and enjoy connecting with the community, we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong writing ability
- Solid computer and digital media skills
- An outgoing, confident on-air personality
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends
- Previous broadcast news experience is a plus
What You’ll Do
- Anchor live newscasts
- Report on local events and breaking news
- Write and produce compelling news content
- Represent WTAX with professionalism on-air and in the community
