Family Life Radio is looking for an exceptional Music Director / Assistant Program Director to help lead the sound and strategy of one of the nation’s most impactful Christian radio networks.
This is more than a programming position. It’s an opportunity to influence millions of listeners every day with music and content that affirm faith, provide hope, and encourage growth in Christ.
As our MD/APD, you’ll help craft the daily sound of Family Life Radio by:
· Discovering and scheduling powerful music
· Collaborating on compelling on-air content and imaging
· Analyzing music research and audience trends
· Building relationships with artists, labels, and industry partners
· Helping connect with listeners across broadcast and digital platforms
· Bringing fresh creativity and innovative ideas to programming strategy
We’re looking for someone who:
· Loves Christian music and understands today’s CCM audience
· Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced ministry environment
· Has strong experience in music scheduling and radio programming
· Can lead with creativity, excellence, humility, and purpose
· Has a heart to use media to impact lives for Christ
