About the Role
As Executive Director, Value Delivery, you'll take end-to-end accountability for 2–3 of BMI's highest-priority enterprise initiatives at a time, driving them from problem definition through implementation to realized P&L impact. You'll operate across every function of BMI through influence, cut through complexity, and do whatever it takes to convert plans into outcomes.
You'll have direct C-suite visibility, working closely with the Chief Transformation Officer as part of a small, nimble transformation team with a mandate to accelerate BMI's growth following its acquisition by New Mountain Capital.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end delivery of 2–3 enterprise initiatives at a time, from scoping to sustained business impact
- Define and track success metrics tied directly to revenue, cost savings, or profitability
- Surface and resolve blockers early: decision gaps, ownership ambiguity, misaligned incentives
- Build financial models and business cases; create decision-ready materials for senior leadership
- Drive cross-functional alignment through influence not formal authority
- Ensure changes stick: adoption, sustainment, and realized value captured on the P&L
This Role Is For You If…
- You've personally delivered measurable outcomes—revenue growth, cost reduction, margin improvement
- You've thrived in top-tier consulting, transformation, or operating roles with real accountability
- You create structure and momentum in ambiguous environments
- You're known as the person who gets critical initiatives across the finish line
This Role Is Not For You If…
- Your experience is primarily in coordination, tracking, or status reporting
- You prefer strategy without direct ownership of implementation
- You rely on formal authority rather than influence to drive results
What You Bring
- 3+ years in management consulting, transformation, corporate development, or operating leadership
- Proven track record driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to measurable business impact
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capability tied to business outcomes
- Exceptional executive communication skills and ability to drive decisions through influence
- Experience with cost transformation, integration, or new capability launches a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
