Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our subscribers and contributing to the continued strength and growth of the local news and information.
Position Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, successfully handling customer calls and emails, resolving billing and service issues, audience growth, audience retention and various administrative duties.
- This position works with the circulation/subscription department.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, time management skills and active listening skills. Working knowledge of Excel is a plus.
- This is an in-office position Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma required
