WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Foster a collaborative culture that promotes professional growth and operational excellence
- Establish, document, and enforce production best practices and workflows for live sports broadcasting
- Provide strategic oversight of on-air graphic presentation and production workflows
- Serve as backup producer/director when operational needs require
- Coordinate crew assignments and resource planning across production, technical, and operations teams
- Partner directly with team representatives to integrate franchise feedback and guidelines into broadcasts
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and maintain game production budgets while monitoring spend and resource allocation
- Lead, mentor, and develop our game producers and directors through regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- BA/BS degree in business management or related field; or equivalent work experience
- Generally, 10+ years of live television experience with a significant focus on sports production
- Deep understanding of sports production workflows and live-broadcast operations
- Ability to travel up to 30%
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Proven leadership abilities with clear, effective communication skills
- Flexibility to travel to events and work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends
- Previous supervisory experience leading producers and directors preferred
- Experience with broadcast graphics and production systems preferred
- Background in managing budgets and leading cross-functional production teams preferred
