As a Bilingual Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping businesses connect with their audience through impactful radio advertising campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique advertising needs.
- Create customized advertising solutions that align with clients’ marketing goals.
- Negotiate and close advertising contracts that deliver mutual success.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Monitor ad performance, provide insights, and recommend optimizations.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic advice.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) with excellent communication skills.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing.
- A go-getter attitude with strong prospecting and networking skills.
- Ability to understand client objectives and develop tailored marketing solutions.
- Skilled in negotiation and closing deals.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
