About The Job
Support the execution of marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives that enhance brand visibility, strengthen industry relationships, and drive business growth across the U.S. market. Partner closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to bring the Molteni&C brand to life through events, partnerships, media relations, and integrated marketing campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Communications:
- Partner with the Marketing & Communications Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
- Support the implementation of marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with established brand guidelines and standards.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and support project execution from concept through completion.
Trade Marketing:
- Support trade marketing initiatives across the dealer and distribution network.
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and dealers.
- Provide marketing tools, resources, and guidance to support local marketing plans.
- Coordinate co-branded activities and incentive programs to increase visibility and sales opportunities.
Events & Partnerships:
- Lead the coordination and execution of luxury brand events, showroom activations, designer talks, client experiences, and industry partnerships.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor communications, and event materials.
- Support initiatives that strengthen relationships with clients, industry professionals, and brand partners.
Public Relations:
- Support public relations activities and media outreach initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry partners.
- Coordinate press opportunities and manage media requests.
- Track media coverage and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and awareness.
Marketing Operations & Administration:
- Maintain and organize marketing assets, databases, and promotional materials.
- Update CRM systems with client, partner, and media contact information.
- Track marketing budgets and expenses.
- Prepare meeting agendas, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate calendars, project timelines, and key deadlines.
Sales & Showroom Support
- Collaborate with the sales and showroom teams to ensure marketing tools and collateral are current and readily available.
- Support showroom marketing initiatives and client engagement activities.
- Assist in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives and business priorities.
SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and project coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Passion for luxury design, branding, communications, and customer experience.
Compensation And Benefits:
For individuals hired to work in New York, Molteni&C includes a reasonable estimate of the salary rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $68,000 to $70,000 per year.
In addition to competitive pay, the hired candidate will also be eligible for an annual, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, paid parental leave, 9 paid holidays plus December 24th - January 1st off, 10 paid vacation time, 2 personal days, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
