Listener Engagement & Community Connection
- Build meaningful relationships with listeners both on-air and in-person
- Represent WCQR at concerts, church events, festivals, outreach opportunities, and community gatherings
- Help create engaging listener experiences that deepen connection to the station and mission
- Engage listeners through phone calls, text interaction, email, and event presence
Events, Promotions & Outreach
- Assist with planning and executing station events, giveaways, and promotions
- Support community partnerships with churches, nonprofits, schools, and local organizations
- Help coordinate event logistics, setup, volunteer support, and promotional materials
- Work collaboratively with on-air, promotions, fundraising, and teams across PAR
Fundraising & Mission Support
- Participate in on-air fundraising and donor engagement efforts
- Help communicate the mission and impact of the ministry through storytelling and listener connection
- Encourage listeners to partner financially in changing lives through Christian media
What We’re Looking For
- A growing and authentic relationship with Jesus Christ
- Strong communication and storytelling ability
- Warm, relatable, and engaging personality both on-air and in person
- Passion for Christian radio, ministry, and community impact
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Creative thinking and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for events and station activities
- Experience in radio and board operations, media, promotions, digital content, public speaking, or community engagement is preferred but not required
