Overview
The Manager, Global Hardlines Licensing oversees and grows licensed partnerships across the entire Paramount portfolio. This role is in charge of spearheading domestic and global toy strategies, coordinating with regional stakeholders, and managing the day-to-day execution of the hardlines/toy category business initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree

5 - 7+ years working within the toy industry and an entertainment licensing role

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute to complex projects with a clear commercial vision

Robust knowledge of Paramount’s brand position and the North American/Global retail environment

Established relationships with toy manufacturers across a variety of categories

Comprehensive knowledge of licensees’ production and creative capabilities

Solid financial acumen with the ability to synthesize and assess data

Exemplary sales, negotiation, and communication skills

Robust organizational and project management skills

Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
-
Domestic and international travel may be required

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $75,000.00 - 110,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
