The Norfolk Tides, owned by Diamond Baseball Holdings and the Triple-A Affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles, are seeking part-time seasonal Broadcast Production Crew Members for the 2025 Tides Gameday Ballpark Staff. All are encouraged to apply, including HS Seniors, local college students, and recent grads interested in pursuing careers in the sports industry and minor league baseball. Scheduling is flexible and based on availability.

Requirements:
· Previous experience working in broadcast production

· Previous experience operating cameras for a live event

· Preferred experience working in sports production

· Strong knowledge of broadcast software & cameras

· Strong knowledge of baseball and how baseball broadcasts should be presented

· Ability to remain focused without distraction for at least three hours

· Keen eye for following game action

· Understanding how to use video to maximize storytelling the ballpark experience

· Have dependable transportation and arrive 35 minutes prior to game time.

Preferences:
· Availability to work 90% of the games throughout the season

· Big baseball fan – understands the game, in-game situations, and the power of storytelling through a broadcast

· Knowledge of audio mixers & software.

· Experience working in multi-camera video productions.

· Availability to work the majority of the games/events throughout the 2025 season

Qualifications:
· Ideal candidates will have at least one year of either professional, collegiate experience, or high school experience operating the needed broadcast software and running a production team.

· Ability to contribute to the organization both through running the broadcast and the many other facets of pre-production and assisting as needed elsewhere.

· Strong, diligent, and detail-oriented production skills are heavily preferred.

· Additionally, candidates will need to have a positive attitude, an unwavering work ethic, and an eagerness to contribute to a fun, fast-moving work atmosphere.
