Enough about us! What you’ll do as a Team Assisstant:
As a Team Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our Melbourne Sales team, providing a mix of executive support, office coordination and administration.
You’ll be the go-to person for all things organisation — keeping diaries on track, managing travel, ensuring the office runs efficiently, and supporting the team to deliver their best work.
Responsibilities will include:

Provide confidential executive support to two Sales Directors — including diary management, meeting coordination, travel bookings, and expense management

Manage general office administration — overseeing supplies, facilities, mail, and meeting room coordination

Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and sales materials

Coordinate team events, meetings, and client hospitality

Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

You’re a proactive, organised professional who thrives in a support role. You take pride in your ability to keep operations running smoothly and manage sensitive information with care. Ideally, you’ll have:

Previous experience in an office manager, team assistant, or administration role

Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

A proven track record of handling confidential information with professionalism

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, alongside the broader Microsoft Office suite

A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
