The Role:
The role of the OMG Receptionist is crucial to our company. You will be at the forefront, ensuring smooth office operations and extending a warm welcome to all guests. We are seeking a detail-oriented team player with exceptional communication skills to handle a range of diverse administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Effective office operations of the OMG Sydney Eveleigh offices
- Meet and greet guests
- Prepare meeting rooms
- Assist with general office administration
- Ordering stationary
- Managing office supplies
- Coordinate catering
- Travel bookings
Who you are:
- Fun, approachable, and warm manner
- You have previous administrative/front of house experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and people with patience and efficiency
- A neat, professional appearance and demeanour.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and basic accounting software.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- A team player mindset with a willingness to pitch in and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent personal and communication skills are essential
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating effective reception and administrative abilities.
