About the role:
- Work with Digital Manager to increase the company's overall digital revenues and expand the digital business
- Together with Digital Manager- Coordinate and work closely with Label Managers, Marketing, and Artist Management teams to create, integrate, and execute digital sales-driven campaigns Create pitches, execute and deliver for Digital Partners (Spotify, Apple, Google, Deezer, and more) as to the content priorities and all activities relating to marketing of such content Create reports and analysis on the digital sales performance and campaign results
- Actively source different digital media channels that enable content monetization and drive digital sales
- Translate quantitative reports and analysis into cohesive insights to- Analyze results and key trends within the digital music space Develop revenue generating strategies that will enable marketing decisions and campaigns Conduct deal driven analysis Create reports to evaluate industry trends, categories, different revenue streams, or products
- Stay apprised of new technology and consumer trends through regular market research
- Monitor any bubbling/viral content on all partner platforms, and derive findings to help on key business decisions
- Manage the company's e-CRM system, campaigns, newsletters, and databases ensuring its growth and effectivity within the company
Desirable traits:
- Music lover!
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Aptitude in multi-tasking and account management
- Knowledgeable in data analysis and insights presentation
- Knowledgeable in Google, Facebook, YouTube analytics, and other digital streaming platforms
- Experience in managing social listening tools and deriving consumer insights
- Must be sales-driven
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Background in marketing and business analysis are preferred
- Proactive attitude and has strong work ethics
