International Marketing Executive to be based in
Manila.
About This Role
- Plan and execute innovative end-to-end marketing campaigns for international roster of artists under UMG labels and other projects as assigned by the Head of International Marketing and International Marketing Managers
- Create pitch presentations and reports to regional and global marketing leads specific to the projects handled (i.e., fulfillment of plans, impact of plans, local recommendations)
- Discover marketing opportunities and build relationships among partners, communities that will contribute to the growth objectives of the International Marketing Department
- Monitor fulfillment of plans between vendors, service providers, and community partners (i.e., events and creative agency, media, fan communities, experience partners, etc) and ensure effectivity of campaigns executed
- Use insights and data to identify target audiences and trends to inspire unique online and offline marketing strategies
- Support key campaigns of International Marketing Managers, especially for special projects such as showcases, promo tours with International artists, events, gigs, album launch etc.,
- Liaise with Regional and Global Marketing Leads for all marketing and ad hoc requests
Desirable Traits
- With at least 2 years of work experience in the related field - you love going to concerts, attending gigs, discovering new artists from different genres, creating your own music playlist!
- Work experience in music, entertainment, advertising, media and productions or related fields would be highly desirable!
- Creative, agile, and have excellent time management skills!
- Has excellent presentation skills and the ability to express ideas clearly in front of stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds
- Ability to develop relationships and drive connections with people in the music industry
- Able to handle data comfortably and create actionable insights
- Adaptable to change and can handle a fast-moving environment
- Experience with digital marketing and basic design tools would be desirable!
- Well-immersed in the pop culture scene and social trends!
