The Role
This position requires a candidate who has a passion for digital media and Mar-Tech industry. You will be growing quickly, support OMG data team to build and deliver value-adding data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage data projects from conceptualization to deployment, including defining project scope and objectives, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring effective communication of progress and outcomes to all stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to the implementation of Gen AI-powered solutions such as creative analysis, social listening, search ad copy generation, and insight automations.
- Provide Mar-tech consultation for internal team & external clients (i.e. MMP , Google merchant centre setup, Meta AA)
- Identify opportunities to improve data analysis processes, data pipeline efficiency, and new mar-tech innovations
- Facilitate communication between offshore ad operation team and local planning team
- Develop, maintain & enhance data marketing dashboards (i.e data pipeline management, data cleaning & transformation in Big Query)
- Implement ad & analytics tag tracking for different digital platform. (i.e. GA4 setup & event tracking, floodlight implementation)
Key Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience with digital marketing
- Strong client relationship and internal stakeholders management skills
- Experience working with digital marketing data such as Paid SEM/ Social/ Display
- Familiar with digital analytics tools is preferred: Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, Tag Management
- Strong knowledge on ad trafficking, including 3rd party ad serving, brand safety, website/ app tracking, brand safety and associated technologies.
- Experience with SQL is a plus (Training will be provided for those who are new to SQL)
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio or Power BI or Tableau.
