The NFL is hiring a Senior Coordinator, Officiating Video, will report to the Director of Officiating Video & Technology Operations. This individual will assist in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Officiating Video Department.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first technology support resource for a portion of the officiating staff, and as the first level of escalated support for the full staff. Monitor issues through completion
- Identify when direct support from a vendor is required to resolve a user issue and arrange / facilitate that support accordingly
- Provide day-to-day support for all officiating technology needs. This support has both in person and remote components
- Assist in the production of recorded and live training sessions
- Edit high-quality training videos from footage created by training staff
- Manage systems remotely to support the workflows of officiating staff
- Provide high quality day of game support in various Officiating video command locations as required
- Manage the purchasing processes related to Officiating video needs as directed by the Director of Officiating Video & Technology
- Manage the equipment issued to on-field and replay officiating staff (i.e. distribution to new staff and collection from departing staff)
- Act as the point of contact for all shipping needed to support the needs of Officiating video
- Support various game day technologies as assigned
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Officiating Video & Technology
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Post-production editing skills are mandatory
- Record, Edit, & Electronically Publish
- Proficient in common business software: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams), web conferencing and presentation software
- Strong knowledge of football-focused video review platforms
- Strong in-person and remote troubleshooting and support skills
- Strong (football) business acumen
- Operational knowledge of football officiating and football operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DVSport GameDay & DVSport 360
- Experience with Reidel communication systems
- Experience with advanced video switching and routing equipment
- Experience with the Adobe CC suite of applications (Premiere is most critical)
- Experience in a live production setting
- Experience coordinating a live remote camera with a broadcast
- Experience in a team or club environment
- Experience in a centralized replay command facility
- Proficient in supporting live virtual events
- Experience supporting video review technology

Physical Demands
- This role requires the ability to lift cases and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
- This role requires the ability to stand outdoors for extended periods of time, sometimes more than 4 hours.
- This role requires the ability to work occasionally in elevated locations on permanent or temporary structures, as well as mobile platform equipment
Travel
- Ability to travel, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- For example, Officiating meetings, League meetings, Officiating camps & clinics, etc.
Salary / Pay Range

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
Terms / Expected Hours of Work
- This position is expected to work a typical 40 hourweek, however additional hours will be required and will vary based on seasonal need.
- Year-round hours will be predominantly 9am-5pm Monday – Friday; however weekends and evenings are often required.
- This position is required to be in office full time when not assigned to an off-site event.
