Music Services is hiring a Label Services Coordinator to join our team in Nashville, TN. In this role you will manage the administrative aspects of music publishing as it relates to record labels to ensure accurate and timely royalties to artists, publishers, and song writers.

What You Will Be Doing:

Importing and formatting large amounts of client data into a proprietary system.
Entering manual statements from vendors to process royalties for artists, publishers, and/or songwriters.
Reviewing whitesheets and contracts to apply accurate information during product set up.
Building and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of songs, masters, and contracts in the royalty database.
Entering and updating song and master categories as well as artist and participant rates in the royalty database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Applying expenses of various types to products and participants to track participant recoupments or advances on behalf of clients.

What Makes You Qualified:

1+ Years of experience in music publishing, label administration, or data analysis.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities and meet established deadlines.
Attention to detail and proven ability to produce complete and accurate work.
Being able to work well independently or as part of a team.
A team-oriented attitude and willing to support team members when needed.

This is a hybrid role that will require you to commute to our Brentwood office a minimum of three days a week.
