The Real-Time Systems seasonal Associate Producer will report to and support the RTS Senior Producer in the production of real-time graphics and other design-based assets for Network shows, events and special programming. This includes working with various departments -- including production, graphics, and digital -- to field requests and oversee the successful execution of deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point-of-contact between various internal, interdepartmental and external groups involved in project development, execution and support. Our group works closely with Production, Operations, Sales, IT, Promos, Scheduling, Engineering and Digital teams.
- Work closely with graphics producers to create and deliver sponsorship assets.
- Assist with creating and managing various schedules including RTS and Brand Bug schedules.
- Create and manage internal workflow documentation, folder structure and assets including style guides, player images, logo library.
- Field FAST channel team requests to work with designers and programmers to build, test, and implement scenes in a timely manner.
- Work closely with promo and marketing team to build and deliver promotional material to production crews.
- Provide project details and collaborate with RTS Viz and AR artists to create and QC scenes for broadcast.
- Assist with supporting college and other non-NFL games/events.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years working in creative production, with a minimum of 3 years in a Coordinator role
- Working knowledge of current industry standard animation software including Adobe Creative Cloud software packages
- Comfortable using Microsoft products: Excel, Word, InDesign
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills and ability to work within timelines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Viz trio or similar real-time software
- College degree in a broadcast related field

Terms /Expected Hours of Work:
- Up to 7-month employment period, 40 hours/week expected.
- Flexible schedule is a must including weekends, holidays, early mornings and late nights.
- Limited overtime is possible.
