This position is located on-site in our Franklin, TN office; Monday-Friday, 8-hour day on a Temporary Basis
What A Typical Day Might Look Like...
- Abstract lease data into lease management system and load leases/documents into appropriate repositories.
- Process lease renewals, extensions, or terminations.
- Communicate with landlords when directed by Supervisor to support leasing team.
- Research identified discrepancies in lease documentation.
- Ensure lease quality control; verify and substantiate data accuracy of data abstracted into the leasing system.
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of payment schedules.
- Order COI insurance for tower sites.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For...
- 1- 2 years of experience in acquisition, compliance, lease negotiation, law, real estate, or similar/relevant experience desired.
- Experience abstracting leases/contracts.
- Computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of the Internet and research skills.
- Project management experience
- Proven ability to deal with multiple, simultaneous problems in a systematic, logical manner.
- Familiarity with legal (contractual) and engineering terminology, a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
