Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for music, Irish culture, and Audio Visual content?
We’re looking for a Audience & Content Executive to join our growing team and help bring artist campaigns and music moments to life across social platforms and digital channels.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced, and highly creative role at the heart of where music meets culture and content. From developing artist content strategy to to designing stunning visuals and managing digital channels, you’ll be instrumental in driving fan engagement and content performance whilst working within a highly driven and goal orientated Marketing Department.
You are a youth and culture obsessive who can spot trends as they happen and you the first to seize creative opportunities.
What You’ll Do
The primary role is to visualise and create eye-catching content, including and not limited to: short-form clips for social media, designing and animating artwork and advertising assets, filming and editing at events and concerts plus developing artist & brand channel specific format ideas.
- Content Strategy and Planning: Developing audience-first content strategies, creating content calendars, and planning content releases.
- Social Media Management: Working with the audience and marketing teams to manage social channels – including overall strategy and posting to a planned schedule.
- Community Engagement: Interacting with fans and building online communities around artists and content.
- Content Creation: Develop shareable and engaging content for social media – from ideation through to execution of final asset, including filming and editing – keeping within channel best practice and brand guidelines. Includes filming at events, behind the scenes footage and interviews
- Manage artist and brand socials – from planning and scheduling posts to collaborating on strategy with the wider marketing and audience teams.
- Marketing Asset Creation: Creating marketing materials for promotional purposes, such as social media graphics, videos, unboxing assets and other visual content. Responsible for briefing any external designers and ensuring delivery ahead of deadline.
- Collaborate with creators and influencers and external partners to create content and engage with audiences – Tasks include; support shoots, brief talent, and help amplify reach through smart partnerships.
- Analyse content performance and help shape future content strategies through regular reporting and insights.
- Assist with campaign rollouts, community engagement, and channel-specific content calendars.
- Aid the growth of our ecommerce platform audiences through engaging product content and people-based storytelling.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience across content creation, social media management, and video editing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and local and global trends.
- Experience in copy-writing for short form content
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), CapCut, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- A creative eye for storytelling through visuals and video.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
- A strategic and collaborative approach
- Experience in the music industry or a deep passion for music and fandom culture.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of marketing best practices
- Showcase a keen and passionate understanding of how listeners, across different generations discover and engage with artists and their music
- Experience working in an office
- Experience shooting and editing in live music environments.
- Familiarity with influencer campaigns or creator collaboration
