- Catamount Radio**, operated by the family-owned radio and media group,
Pamal Broadcasting is currently seeking**ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES**with the #1
trait**WINNING ATTITUDE!**New to radio advertising? We will provide the
training, support and coaching! This is an exciting in-person
opportunity for a competitive, energetic, highly motivated individual to
sell digital marketing solutions to local businesses and agencies in
Vermont and surroundings areas.
Our account executives represent all 5 of Catamount Radio stations Rock
94.5, Z97.1, 98.1 JJR, 105.3 Cat Country, and 100.1 WSYB.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue
growth
- Identify and target new business opportunities through warm calling
and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand
their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and
opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of
products or services
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer
interactions
We offer a Salary + Competitive Commission Structure, with a \$50,000
earning potential in the first year, PTO and a comprehensive benefits
package including health, dental, vision, Aflac, FSA/HSA, and a 401k
program.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients

- Ability to analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, and drive
results
- Familiarity with technical sales processes is a plus
