Early-to-mid 60s, rank of General in the U.S. Air Force. Stationed at the top-secret Nevada military base where "Area 51" is located. Mostly reasonable but stern and no-nonsense, in the way one expects a seasoned military general to be. Being one of several Generals in charge of the “Area 51” installation, he’s an aviation engineer, capable of leading a facility with a scientific military mission. (Since this role is very small, there is an opportunity to voice another small role that is suitable for the same actor, during the same short recording session.)
