Early-to-mid 30s, Latino. Rank of Major in the U.S. Air Force. Stationed at the top-secret Nevada military base where “Area 51” is located. As a relatively young Major chosen for such an assignment, he is smart, capable and diligent. He directly reports to General Davis, one of several Generals in charge of the “Area 51” installation. (Since this role is very small, there is an opportunity to voice another small role that is suitable for the same actor, during the same short recording session.)
