About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Corporate Data Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by developing advanced analytics solutions and visualizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data aggregation, dashboard development, and Lean methodology, with experience in the construction or engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
²Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
²Analyze large and complex datasets using advanced Excel, including macros and pivot tables.
²Aggregate and manage data from data lakes to support enterprise-wide analytics.
²Apply Lean methodology to streamline data processes and improve operational efficiency.
²Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
²Support strategic initiatives through data modeling, forecasting, and performance tracking.
²Document processes and maintain data governance standards.
Qualifications:
²Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics within construction or engineering firms.
²Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel (including macros and large dataset manipulation).
²Experience with data lake aggregation and enterprise data architecture.
²Strong understanding of Lean methodology and its application in data workflows.
²Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
²Experience with Power Apps for building custom business applications.
²Familiarity with Toad programming for database management and querying.
²PMP certification is highly desirable.
²Excellent communication and presentation skills.
²Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
