Job Summary/Description:
The Sales Assistant is a critical member of our sales operation, supporting internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns execute smoothly and successfully. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, brings a strong work ethic, maintains exceptional attention to detail, and can work independently when needed.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Order entry and revisions in WideOrbit for broadcast and digital with a high level of accuracy
* High-volume data entry across multiple systems
* Contract/Account maintenance and reconciliation
* Working directly with clients and/or Media Executives and managers on makegoods
* Pre- and post-sale campaign maintenance
* Creating, setting up, and pulling sales and performance reports
* Responding promptly and professionally to client calls and emails
* Aging and billing support, including discrepancy identification and resolution
* Traffic backup support as needed
* Digital backup support as needed
* Supporting overall sales operations to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
* Assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned by management
Qualifications/Requirements:
* High school graduate required, college degree preferred
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Detail-oriented and dependable to complete tasks as assigned
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment
* Preferred proficiency with Wide Orbit Traffic and Media Sales; skilled at Word, Excel & PowerPoint
* Broadcast experience preferred
