The Senior Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing, branding, and promotional strategies that grow listenership, strengthen engagement, support donor development, and amplify KHCB’s brand presence—both on-air and across digital platforms. This role requires a strategic leader with marketing expertise who is passionate about Christian ministry and media and can inspire both internal teams and external partners to support KHCB’s vision and outreach. This position operates during standard business hours with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend events.
