Overview
Reporting to the Senior Campaign Manager, the Mobile Media Specialist is responsible for content marketing through SMS/text, app push notifications, sweepstakes/promotions and for assisting with user journeys through digital platforms (e.g. app, email and website).
The primary goal is to build online channels and communities by nurturing existing audiences and developing new ones for Air1, AccessMore, K-LOVE, Found Collective and other brands through the marketing of branded and campaign content.

Here’s just some of what you will be doing daily…
- Plan and execute tactics to achieve growth goals on SMS/text, push notification and email by developing and recommending initiatives and/or programs to engage a wide range of audiences.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department and various stakeholders to create rich user journeys for branded and campaign content.
- Maintain content calendar and working with marketing, digital and creative services teams to ensure media, links and content are created for texts and notifications.
- Keep best practices in mind for each platform, write copies, create links and schedule texts and notifications.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Promotions Specialist and the community impact & outreach team to build forms and create local and national sweepstakes.
- Monitor, analyze and report on analytics to inform future content, campaigns and user journeys.
- Utilize project management software (e.g. Wrike) to assist in the creation of media (audio/video), webpages and branded and campaign content by marketing Team Members and contractors.
- Study industry trends and monitor competitor text lists, apps and emails to keep Air1, K-LOVE and other brands on the forefront of best practices and strategies.
- Assist in managing relationships with software vendors for SMS/text, notification and email platforms.
- Monitor Air1, AccessMore, K-LOVE, Found Collective and other brand websites, Ministry partners and artist pages to find relevant content to be shared on text/SMS and notifications.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining flexibility, creativity and control over work projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or combination of education/training with relevant experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, digital media, radio, communications or public/media relations.
- This role uses HipCricket (and equivalent software) for SMS/Text.
- This role uses Braze for push notifications and emails (and occasionally Pardot Salesforce).
- This role uses Second Street (and equivalent software) for sweepstakes/promotions.
- This role uses Wrike, Google Drive, SharePoint (and other tools) for project management.
- Strong editorial, proofreading, writing and presentation skills required. Experience with AP Style a plus.
- Experience with SEO best practices.
- Experience in digital campaign development with an understanding of performance metrics, best practices and digital trends (e.g. SEO best practices).
- Experience with A/B testing and implementation of strategies to improve platform performance is preferred.
- Experience creating and working with UTM tracking/parameters.
- Experience working with and managing brand/company accounts a plus.
- Experience in radio or the music industry a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, comfortable with multitasking and solid organization skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to present self professionally.
- Have a passion for music, media and the content our audiences care about.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/Ministry relationships.
