Job Summary:
The Director of Streaming & Digital Partnerships will lead our strategy to maximize the visibility and reach of our artists across digital platforms, primarily video streaming platforms and short form content on said platforms. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with streaming services, digital platforms, and technology partners to drive revenue growth and enhance our artists’ presence in the digital landscape.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with streaming platforms, digital retailers, and technology partners to optimize exposure and revenue opportunities for our artists.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and recommend strategies to enhance our digital presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with streaming platforms (e.g., YouTube, Vevo, Spotify, and Apple Music).
- Collaborate with the marketing & streaming teams to design and execute promotional campaigns for new releases, artist singles, and catalog music.
- Work closely with data analytics and insights team to track performance metrics, understand consumer behavior, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of streaming strategies.
- Work closely with A&R, marketing, and sales teams to align streaming strategies with overall business objectives and artist development plans.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships and promotional opportunities with these platforms.
- Provide regular reports and insights on streaming metrics, trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with artist teams to create engaging content and promotional materials for streaming platforms.
- Partner with catalog team to optimize placement on streaming platforms.
- Identify and implement strategies to increase streaming revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and manage budgets related to streaming activities and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with international teams to align global streaming strategies.

Required Experience:
- 3+ years of work experience in streaming experience within the music industry, with a strong understanding of streaming platforms and digital trends, primarily video streaming platforms.
- Proven track record of successful streaming campaigns and strong relationships with streaming platforms.
- Experience with music analytics tools and platforms.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.

Travel Required:
- This role will require 0-10% travel.
- Availability to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, or industry events.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones if managing international territories.
- Familiarity with international music markets and cultural nuances is a plus.
