ABOUT THE ROLE:
BMLG is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Coordinator to support the EVP/ General Manager of a leading record label with a high-volume release schedule. This is a critical support role that requires sharp communication skills, operational discipline, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast- paced, artist-driven environment. You will be a key extension of the executive office and help ensure alignment, efficiency, and impact across the label’s core functions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions for the EVP/ GM, including calendar management, T&E (travel and expense) reporting, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit presentations, agendas, release timelines, and briefing materials as needed.
- Track and organize documents related to artist campaigns, release planning, A&R updates, and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, capturing key takeaways and driving follow-up on action items.
- Monitor cross-departmental timelines and deliverables to ensure the EVP/ GM is informed and aligned with label-wide priorities.
- Provide light project management support for strategic initiatives, campaigns, or special projects.
- Assist in supporting artist events, showcases, executive offsites, and team functions as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of experience, ideally within the music, entertainment, or media industries.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proven ability to manage dynamic calendars and prioritize among multiple high-level demands.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Experience with T&E reporting and familiarity with corporate expense systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Passion for music and knowledge of current trends in the industry.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events or promotional activities.
- Knowledge of music streaming platforms, terrestrial radio, and marketing in the industry.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
