Position Overview
CUMULUS MEDIA | Nashville is looking for a dynamic, fast-paced
Producer to drive both the daily on-air execution of our marquee morning show and the digital content strategy for the on-air talent, show, and station. This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, is quick on their feet, and is just as comfortable behind the mic as they are in front of the camera.
You’ll be the engine behind a cutting-edge, multi-channel show—curating compelling content, managing influencer-style social media, and producing unforgettable moments that keep our audience coming back for more.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- On-Air Show Production:
- Drive the daily execution of the morning show with creativity, precision, and energy.
- Book high-profile guests and develop hot-topic segments that spark conversation.
- Collaborate with hosts to shape the tone, flow, and personality of the show.
- Post daily audio podcasts and videos and show highlights to digital platforms.
- Digital & Influencer Content:
- Create and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
- Assist in influencer-style content creation for the show’s hosts and station brand.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive audience engagement and growth.
- Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh, bold ideas to the table daily.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in radio production, digital content creation, or influencer marketing.
- Strong audio editing skills (VoxPro, Reaper, Adobe Audition, etc.).
- Social media savvy with a creative eye for visual storytelling.
- Comfortable on mic and on camera—this role is both behind-the-scenes and front-facing.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for content creation.
- A passion for country music and the Nashville lifestyle.
- A fearless, can-do attitude and a love for fast-paced environments.
