Sony Music Entertainment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented retail account manager responsible for managing key operational, supply chain, and release planning workflows supporting SME’s independent retail and wholesale distribution partners. Responsibilities include managing inventory and shipment control, overseeing order processing, analyzing sales data for forecasting and reporting, supporting independent retail campaigns in partnership with SME labels, collaborating with commercial, D2C, marketing, and logistics teams, resolving inventory and order fulfillment issues, and developing strategic relationships with retail partners. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in music industry and retail account management, proficiency in supply chain management systems, strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and excellent communication skills. The role requires working 4 days per week in office located in New York City or Los Angeles.
