Universal Production Music UK are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help bring our campaigns to life. You will work closely with the UK Senior Marketing Manager, VP UK, and the UK Partnerships team to deliver digital-first marketing, create engaging content and support collaborations across film & TV, audio, and advertising.
This role would be suited for someone passionate about music and the media industry, who keeps their finger on the pulse of best practices for social media and industry content trends, and who is a proactive and collaborative team player.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Marketing Manager to assist in implementing the UK Marketing Strategy & Plan.
- Help maintain the UK website and client sites (such as BBC and Beacon) as directed and become proficient in Sitecore (our website CMS).
- Produce engaging email campaigns with Marketing Cloud to deepen engagement with our audiences.
- Manage the UK content calendar across LinkedIn, YouTube Instagram, from copywriting to briefing creative assets.
- Support with the creation of Marketing presentations.
- Keep projects on track. From raising POs, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and keeping stakeholders updated in a timely manner.
- Working closely with internal teams on the end-to-end process of digital content for key initiatives to deliver the content marketing plan.
- Coordinate updates and compile the weekly internal newsletter.
- Support the rollout of the company brand refresh for the UK.
Partner Support & Events
- Provide marketing support for key partners, from content ideation, asset creation and campaign reporting.
- Assist with planning and delivering client events and create supporting marketing assets.
- Support with creating and updating pitch decks.
- Support the partnerships team with researching new business opportunities.
Data Driven
- Track and monitor campaign performance and deliver a post-campaign report using tools such as Marketing Cloud & GA4.
- Share back learnings and recommendations to the Senior Marketing Manager monthly.
- Competitor/trend audits, identify and present findings back to the team.
Person Specification:
Essential
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Knowledge of content, social and email marketing.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Detail-oriented.
- Creative mindset with the ability to brief creatives thoroughly and copywriting.
- Collaborative and adaptable team player.
- Proactive attitude with an inquisitive/curious mind.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Finger on the pulse of industry and social media trends.
- Interest in production music, film, TV or advertising.
Desirable
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, or Paid Media.
- Creative, editing and photography skills.
- Understanding of the Production Music / Music for Film + TV/Advertising market.
