Lead the hiring of new talent by implementing equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) strategies and ensuring new hires are successfully onboarded into the production environment.
Assist management in forecasting labour needs and proposing agile solutions to complex assignment challenges.
Contribute to enhancing assignment systems and maintain meticulous administrative records (hours worked, annual leave, etc.) to ensure process compliance.
