The A Side: A Day in The Life
The Senior Product Manager will liaise between our business and development teams, driving multiple software products to success by reacting to strategic need and our tactical goals. This senior role involves working closely with business stakeholders across recorded & music publishing to understand their requirements, and then with technology teams to develop & execute solution strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, strong stakeholder & project management and a proven track record in successful project delivery & business transformation in a Scaled Agile Environment.
The B Side: Skills & Experience
Be Analytical
- Develop a sound knowledge of the business domain
- Build positive relationships with business stakeholders and development teams
- Document and agree requirements with end users to form a strategic roadmap
- Form up the solution and ensure that it is delivered to the development team in an appropriate form of epics, user stories, process flows and wire frames
- Orchestrate development by leading a team of business analysts in the creation of tickets, estimation, sprint management and scrum master
- Ability to define User Acceptance test plans
- Work with the business stakeholders to triage requirements effectively to identify priorities
- Play the role of Product Manager and Product Owner in a Scaled Agile Methodology

Person Specification
Necessary
- A proven track record in the Software Development Lifecycle
- End to end experience of the product and software lifecycles
- Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes / process mapping and managing stakeholders
- Ability to form up solution modules into strategic roadmaps
- Ability to form up the problem solution, use of wire-framing and other techniques
- Ability to work with the development team and ensure on-time delivery
- Proven experience interacting directly with end users
- Results-orientated with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Total and certified understanding of Scaled Agile project methodology
- Ability to break solutions down into project phases and sprints working in a Scaled Agile project methodology
- Experienced in defining Epics and User Stories
- Good understanding of data modelling and databases
- Able to command respect with Senior Business Managers
- Ability to drive coherent product development
