The A Side: A Day in The Life
We are looking for an Audience Product Quality Assurance Assistant to join the Global Marketing Platform team. Within this role, you will leverage your passion for music to support marketing teams in growing their artist fan base and executing campaigns to engage and connect the best artists to their best fans.
This role will ensure the required Audience Product Development Processes support the operational tasks across UMG’s CRM and data platforms. Your experience and support will help to ensure that changes in CRM products are qualified, monitored and tested in a timely manner to ensure an ‘always on’ service that meets the targeting and campaign delivery needs of our marketers.
You will also work with our marketing ops and product teams to QA and troubleshoot issues quickly and ensure seamless CRM product delivery execution.
The B Side: Skills & Experience
- Conduct product feedback review with users and collection requirements to create briefs for new feature requests and improvements with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct quality control testing processes to test new product features across all platforms to ensure that products meet quality standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, such as product defects or bugs and conduct a thorough analysis to determine impact; escalate issue to tech and/or product teams while continuing to communicate to affected stakeholders.
- Provide platform training and documentation to support feature enablement and rollout.
- Frequently audit and analyse operational and optimize processes to identify ways to reduce the operational costs.
- Support ongoing operations and special projects / initiatives across the Consumer Marketing and Audience Development team as needed.
Person Specification
Necessary
- Experience working within a Technical Support / Product lifecycle role
- Experience testing new product / software releases and working with technical / product teams
- Proficient with general data mgmt.
- GDPR laws and data compliance
- Debugging Omnichannel issues – Email / SMS / WhatsApp / PUSH / In App channel support
- Quality Assurance w/in a marketing environment
- HTML / CSS / Liquid / SQL skills
- Strong Customer Service / Relationship Management skills
Desirable
- Experience of sprint planning and working within an Agile delivery framework
- Experience of leading user training in person / webinars
